My son has a Whistler WS1040 digital trunking police scanner thats capable of picking up p25 phase 1 which is what our city police and public safety operate on, but the police station and operations all scramble when they come over the police radios. we would love to be able to unscramble the transmissions. If anyone could help me with this or point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
